A pleasure is an understatement when it comes to Jason Flooring his work speaks for himself. Jason is very timely his guys worked fast but sufficient and very pristine with seamless and flawless after math. Never in my life have I seen a whole house of 920sq feet with luxury vinyl flooring installed and completed in eight hours. Jason and his crew are honest, professional and ON TIME! They never missed a scheduled work day with my floors. Jason always contacted me ahead of time the few times he needed to reschedule a work day. Jason and his crew did an amazing job of refinishing the heavily damaged hardwood floors in the house I'd purchased. They sanded through old layers of varnish, scratches and gouges. The finished floors are gorgeous! The original kitchen floor (old vinyl tiles nailed to the floor) was replaced with luxury vinyl tiles that were installed correctly. He also renovated an entire bathroom floor with new wood support and a waterproof liner, followed by the installation of beautiful ceramic tile. and... he redid the laundry room floor, removing the old vinyl tiles (and the layers of cardboard 😮 underneath). He leveled out the concrete base and installed new vinyl tile. In closing, Jason also spent time giving me helpful input into other issues in the house. I appreciate his patience and professionalism. There is something so beautiful about seeing a well loved but tired and aged home come back to life, and come back to life is exactly what Jason and his wonderful and polite crew were able to accomplish for us through their efficient and quality workmanship! We had grungy linoleum floors that had seen better days, honestly probably better decades. His crew was able to get it ripped out and replaced with LVP in no time. Jason Tench and his crew successfully transformed our red oak floor with a red/orange stain to a blonde/natural finish via the use of whiteners. I recently had Jason and his crew put new premium vinyl flooring in my upstair bedrooms. The rooms had carpet in them and Jason did a wonderful job removing the carpet. 1907 Fan house kitchen repair. Jason Tench Flooring did an absolutely amazing job on fixing our floor after a broken freezer ruined the kitchen floor. Oak was stripped down to the 1900s original and Jason and his second hand made the floor look brand new just in time for me to use the kitchen Thanksgiving Day! This is the second time in three months that Jason and his crew have done work for me. I had luxury vinyl plank installed and hardwoods refinished at my previous property back in March or so. I just closed on a new house (and for 6-8 weeks before we closed I was contacting Jason about the upcoming job). Within a hr of us closing on our new house, Jason was at the new property giving us estimates/rates of refinishing more hardwood as well as laying down new hardwood. He showed up 3 hours after my first call to look at the project. He quoted to sand the floors and replace the kitchen floor. He promised to have the quote to me before the end of the day. He did exactly this. I approved it and he told me to let him know when the painters would be done and they would schedule to start. They started the day after the painters finished and did the whole house in about 2.5 days.
